Andria Garbis

Andria and her family started vacationing in Hilton Head in 2006 and immediately fell in love with the lowcountry! They entrusted their real estate needs to Robert Denckhoff with Southern Lifestyle Properties who helped them find the perfect location in Bluffton, Rose Dhu Creek Plantation, to call home. They completed their home in 2019 and relocated from northern Virginia to Bluffton in 2021. Andria’s husband John is enjoying well deserved retirement and Andria continues to serve families with their real estate needs.

Andria has over 20 years of real estate experience in the Washington DC metropolitan area, assisting more than 1000 families with their real estate needs with homes valued from $300,000 to $2,000,000. Her product expertise includes condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes. She has had the honor of working with first time homebuyers, move-up buyers and clients looking for the perfect home that will allow them to age-in-place. Andria had the privilege of representing over 10 local developers in the sale of 15 new communities, including boutique style condominiums and larger multi-family communities. She was instrumental in every stage of the communities’ success, from project inception to closeout, including marketing, selections of finishes, pre settlement walk throughs, and coordination of settlement.
