Robert Denckhoff has over 15 years of direct sales and marketing experience.
Born and raised in St. Louis MO, Robert Denckhoff went to high school at Westminster Christian Academy. After heading south for college, he graduated from The University of Mississippi in 4 short years. Wanting to serve his country after graduation, he entered the United States Marine Corps as a commissioned officer. He served 6 years in the Corps with a focus in IT/Telecom while leading over 200 Marines that supported front line combat troops during deployments to the Balkan and Mediterranean regions. Having achieved the rank of Captain, Robert took his leadership and management experience to work for MCI/WorldCom (Verizon) in corporate sales. There he sold tier 1 voice and data products to both Fortune 500 and mid size companies, surpassing sales goals even while the company went through chapter 11 bankruptcy restructure. Following his entrepreneurial spirit Robert founded a real estate brokerage and investment group focusing on the St. Louis suburban markets through Provision Realtors and Creative Property Investment. These two successful businesses provided invaluable knowledge to his next venture. Watching the southeast real estate market rise, in particular Hilton Head, Robert accepted the position of COO for Southern Lifestyle Properties and Abbey Glen Communities. Since 2006 he has managed all aspects of real estate to include new construction, residential and commercial. As a business partner with David Brown, Robert can guide you through all aspects of any real estate transaction whether it be buying the dream vacation home, income producing property, or local business opportunity.
